Tracy Krol

Tracy Krol supports The ASSISTments Foundation’s work with Maryland partner districts, schools, and educators. Before joining ASSISTments, Tracy served in a variety of leadership roles within Baltimore-area schools, including as a mathematics department manager, instructional leader, and mathematics educator. She has extensive experience hiring, coaching, and developing educators across K–12 settings, and is known for her commitment to fostering strong, student-centered instruction. Tracy brings a deep understanding of curriculum, professional learning, and team development, grounded in years of practical experience. She is passionate about empowering teachers and building collaborative school cultures that drive student success.
