Paola Castro supports schools and educators by helping them successfully implement digital learning tools, build confidence in using them, and ensure those tools translate into meaningful impact for students. She has over 15 years of experience across education, social work, and healthcare-adjacent spaces, which has shaped her understanding of how systems and student needs intersect in real life. She began her career in direct, student-facing and school-based roles, where she saw firsthand the barriers students face and the importance of consistent, thoughtful support. Over time, Paola moved into coaching and advising work focused on career exploration, helping students build clarity and confidence about their futures. She also supported adults in strengthening the systems and practices that guide students, which further developed her leadership, communication, and organizational strengths. Paola believes deeply in equity and access, and in creating opportunities that allow students to see and step into their potential regardless of circumstance. She is driven by growth and the opportunity to make systems more human-centered, effective, and supportive for the people they are meant to serve.
