Michelle Odemwingie is the Chief Executive Officer of Achievement Network (ANet), a national nonprofit advancing educational equity through high-quality instruction and assessment. Over nearly a decade at ANet, she has served in senior leadership roles and now leads the organization’s strategic innovation in formative assessments.

A recognized strategic advisor and policy advocate for the future of edtech, she plays a key role in shaping the national conversation around instructional improvement.

Michelle actively engages in education policy and system-level transformation, advising districts, policymakers, and nonprofit leaders on instructional strategy, assessment innovation, and access to high-quality materials. She serves on national advisory councils for peer non-profits facilitating the collaboration between research and policy organizations, to inform the future of K-12 education.
