Kimberly Pack Cosme

Strategic Data Fellow

Kimberly's work focuses on research and evaluation. In her role, she is working to create a continuous evaluation model and establish an evaluation framework to use with district partners. Kimberly is also a fellow with the Strategic Data Project, a program based at the Center for Education Policy Research at Harvard University that trains data strategists in measurement, analysis, leadership, and management. Prior to joining ASSISTments, Kimberly conducted research on student longitudinal outcomes and academic transitions. Kimberly has also worked in postsecondary academic support services and as a middle school language arts teacher. She is passionate about education as a pathway for social mobility, using data to inform decisions, and making data approachable to a wide audience. Outside of work, she enjoys attending renaissance faires and learning archery.
