Geraldine Zang is an Executive Human Resources Consultant with over 25 years of experience advising boards, CEOs, and senior leaders on people strategy and organizational growth. She brings deep expertise in talent management, organizational design, and leadership development, with a track record of aligning human capital strategy to business performance. Her prior leadership roles at Vizgen, Bio-Techne, Takeda, Mass General Brigham, and Shire, reflect her ability to drive scalable growth and organizational excellence.
