Ashley Mitchell

Ashley builds authentic relationships with people who love children and want to make a lasting impact. Her background in education and leadership has taught her how to support others in delivering meaningful, engaging experiences for young people. She has worn many hays, from classroom teacher to curriculum coach to principal which gives her a broad perspective on what both children and educators need to thrive. Her journey has been shaped by both personal and professional moments when she saw the power of well-run, values-driven programs. Growing up in Baltimore MD, then transitioning to Philadelphia PA  for college and the start of her career, shaped her commitment to educational equity and access. Now that she steps into the Eastern Shore region of Maryland, she is excited to bring fresh perspective and continue building the kind of data-driven, student-centered programming that empowers both youth and the adults who serve them.
