A headline finding
Impact depended on who you asked. Casual teachers increased assignment creation by 134%, occasional teachers by 13%, while the most engaged teachers dipped slightly — a ceiling effect, not a failure. The takeaway: different teachers need fundamentally different AI, from confidence-building summaries to deeper, curriculum-coherent intelligence.
