Why don't all of my students appear in my ASSITments roster after syncing?
Students must complete a “handshake” with ASSISTments before they appear in the student dropdown.

This applies to both new students and students who have recently been added to your learning management system but have never clicked on an ASSISTments assignment link.
To fix this:
- Assign an ASSISTments problem set to All Students.
- Ask the missing student(s) to click the assignment link from the learning management systems (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology, etc.)
- They will be prompted to authorize ASSISTments or complete the handshake.
Afterward, you can click ‘Synchronize’ in your teacher account the missing students will appear in the dropdown.
Once completed, the student(s) will show up on your class card(s) and in your dropdown for future assignments.
Why do I see 0 students on my class cards after importing my classes to ASSISTments?
Until your students complete the "handshake", you will see 0 students on your imported class card. Once students complete the handshake, the number of students will reflect your Learning Management Roster (Google Classroom, Canvas, Schoology).
