Why can't I assign to some of my classes via Canvas?

Usually when you can assign to some but not all of your classes on Canvas, it has to do with cross-listed courses.  If you create an ASSISTments account/import classes prior to cross-listing courses, you will be unable to assign to the cross-listed courses (You will, however, still be able to assign to the main course and any other non-cross-listed courses).
